Plan cancellation Policy: A 30-day waiting period from the date of written notice is required in an effort to serve you better. We have limited the waiting period to the shortest period possible.
Step 1: Written notice is required to protect you, as well as us. We require that members who wish to cancel their plan submit a notice in writing. Sending an email with a written reason and the requested date will suffice. This way, both parties have documentation that this is your intent. Include your Name, Address and Policy Number. * Cancel in your porta or by contacting accounts.

Step 2: After submitting the written request, a cancellation button in your portal will guide you through the rest of the process. Alternatively, you can call us directly, and we can walk you through this process. * After a cancellation request, no further claims will be accepted on the policy.
Please note that all receipts must be submitted no later than 30 days from the date of service within your benefit period or plan end date.
